Mission and Vision

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, article 26, says: 
1) Everyone has right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on basis of merit.
2) Education shall be directed to the full development of human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of united nations for maintenance of peace.
So, World Wide Science Vision is Knowledge development in developing countries using advanced tools for training effective managers to suit the new era.

Base on this vision, World Wide Science Mission is:
 

• Use a variety of to date technology to promote knowledge

• To increase the level of access to the current knowledge in developing countries in order to improve the quality of life.

• Using automatic systems in order to preserve resources and green environment.

• To use the capacity of the elite in developing countries which are working in developed countries.
   

Also World Wide Science main Aims and Goals are:

• Developing the online courses and programmes.

• Establishment and conducting of workshops.

• Establishment and conducting of online public learning services, such as Solaris card, Internet Radio and Internet TV.

• To take benefit from full capacity in the Persian-speaking countries, countries in the Middle East, and Central Asia and establishment of representative in these countries.

• To set up and establish of virtual accredited universities.

• To establish R&D which is specialist in E-learning.

• To effort to develop culture of national development in developing countries like Merdeka award, courses related to social issues

• To become online E-learning platform.

• Using information technology infrastructure for transferring knowledge, particularly in the field of management in developing countries with focus on SMEs.
   

 World Wide Science is aimed man's business and life qualification improvement. WWS is not limited to the internet while uses a wide range of devices. Training for ever or constant education is the elimination of many time and places restrictions. Using conventional and non-conventional electronic and telecommunication devices with training process for ever goal is World Wide Science's way of activity. As a theory based on this organization activity, if we manage the eLearning in organization properly, we can manage the society. In another way, knowledge deficiency is the main man’s life problem for resolving our issues. Knowledge deficiency is due to lack of access deficiency to the efficient training process and content. If we overcome the limitation in our access barriers that would be a great step in solving man's community problems.
